Planned Menu

Day board:

1. Shashlik (Meat skewers)
2. Ovsyannaya Kasha (Cooked oats with nuts and fruit)
3. Zapekanka (Cheese cake)
4. Yabluchnyk (Apple cake)
5. Blini with cheese filling
6. Seasonal raw vegetables/fruit
7. Pickled eggs
8. Kompot (Warm berry drink)

Dinner Feast:

1. Green Tea with honey (served warm)
2. Beet salad
3. Pickles
4. Pickled mushrooms
5. Hearty lamb broth Soup
6. cabbage + egg pies
7. Uzbek Plov (pilaf)
8. Drums (Battered sausages)
9. Pryaniki (Honey cookies)
10. Mongolian tea (Suutei Tsai)
